All items come with a 30-day Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty.
Your Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
The customer must immediately contact us via WhatsApp or contact form, once a defect is observed.
Once a defect is established, the customer has the option for an exchange or a full refund.
There will be no refunds for Pre-ordered items, if cancelled.

Shipping charges within Trinidad & Tobago are a Flat Rate of $30.00 Shipping arrangements will be contacted through WhatsApp Note: Pre-ordered or Out of Stock items have a 2-3 Week lead time before delivery
